Bentley Farms will NOT be at Hendersonville Farmers & Artisan Market on Saturday 7/4/26

I’m sure you’ve noticed but this heat is BRUTAL.
It’s been hard on everyone, but especially the chickens. Wyatt has been running mister lines on their pasture pens 8-10 hours a day that are having to be adjusted depending on wind direction (if there is any)and filling their waters up multiple times a day, so they’re not drinking 95 degree water. We also have 1000+ freshly hatched chicks and 150+ turkey poults in the brooder that are taking extra attention and water.

All that being said, with Saturday, July 4th being a holiday, meaning market help is short, we’ve ultimately decided that Wyatt and I cannot be away from the farm for a full Hendersonville market day.

We will still have a presence at Community Farmers Market BG in Bowling Green (my parents will be there for a bit and Wyatt, the kids and I will be popping in depending on how the day is unfolding) so please, come see us!!! We are stocked up on Pork, chicken, and we even picked up a little bit of Beef this week!!!!!!!!!

If you usually shop with us at HFAM and will miss us on Saturday or even CFM and can’t make it due to the holiday, we are adding this Tuesday (which is usually our off week) as a delivery day, and even offering FREE DELIVERY, if you order by 8pm on Sunday for Tuesday Delivery, to mitigate the effects of us missing a Saturday at Hendersonville.

bentleyfarmfresh We’ve been a little MIA on social media lately, but I wanted to pop in and say WERE STILL HERE!
We’re staying SO busy, but it’s the season for that.
If I made a list of all the crazy little (and not so little things) that have happened around here recently, I don’t think you’d believe me
Despite the chaos so many great things happening on the farm this year, and we’re just watching it unfold!
For a little chicken update!
We are selling out of batch 1 very quickly! However we’re only 7 days away from batch #2 butcher day, and batch #3 is growing away in the brooder!! Therefore If we do have any hiccups in inventory, they will be short lived, because more is coming down the production pipeline!
Thank you for being there for us, even if all the work is happening behind the scenes and you’re just seeing us at market on Saturdays. We appreciate you, and plan to get back into keeping you involved in what’s going on!
