well guys it's almost that time... BBQ season is just about here! For those of you that have had my competition meats, sauces and rubs, you know what it's about! For those who haven't... My first mega smoke is just a few short weeks away!! Back on the menu will be my kc beans, potato bombs, wings, ribs, pulled pork and brisket. Along with my very popular sweet coke and hellfire sauces as well as a couple new ones im working on! Get ready and come hungry!!
