Are you someone who loves making the numbers balance, digging into the details, and turning spreadsheets into useful information? Warren County Water District may have the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re looking for an Accountant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being part of an organization that provides an essential service to our communities every day.

What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Assisting with financial statements, budgets, and financial analysis
- Tracking fixed assets and water/sewer project costs
- Managing invoicing and accounts receivable
- Assisting with annual audits and regulatory filings
- Helping improve accounting processes and financial systems
- Working with a great team across multiple departments and water systems

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Three years of progressively responsible financial/accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
- Someone who can take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team

Are you an experienced IT professional who loves solving problems, keeping systems secure, and helping people get the most out of technology? Warren County Water District wants to hear from you!

We’re looking for a full-time Systems Administrator to help manage and support the technology behind our day-to-day operations, including networks, servers, virtualization, cybersecurity, backups and disaster recovery, cloud email/productivity systems, VoIP, and technical support for end users.

⭐ What we’re looking for:
• Strong hands-on IT troubleshooting skills
• Networking, routing, switching, firewall, and VPN experience
• Server, virtualization, directory services, and group policy knowledge
• Cybersecurity and backup/disaster recovery experience
• Great communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

🎓 Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent related work experience, plus five years of progressive Systems Administrator experience.

We’re excited to spotlight Andrew Merideth, a Repair Person who has been part of our team for 9 months!

During his time with us, Andrew has worked in AMR/AMI and in his current repair position, gaining valuable experience along the way.

One of the things Andrew enjoys most about his job is that every day is different. Whether he’s tackling a new task or solving a new problem, there’s always something to keep the work interesting.

His favorite part of the job is having the opportunity to learn something new each day—a mindset that makes a difference in the work we do and the service we provide to our community.
