The Heartland Hollows is a family-run farm owned and managed by Rebecca & Willam Holloway and their two sons. Rebecca Holloway has more than 20 years of experience developing and running businesses. She owns and performs with an entertainment company called Heartland Fairies and has managed the Indiana Enchanted Fairy Festival established in 2019. Additionally, she has worked as a marketing profes

sional and has been involved in event promotions for 20 years. Rebecca has a degree in Event Management and extensive experience in organizing events.

​Willam Holloway is a Chemist and avid nature lover. Growing up on a rural Indiana farm and early jobs working as a landscaper have inspired his interest in agritourism.

We are still working to determine if we can continue with the Festival. Our finances are currently tied up in the Farm. If it sells quickly, we may still be able to have the festival. If so, we will need to find a new venue. We are currently looking at places to rent or lease and looking for suggestions. We would like a venue in or south of Indy, Bloomington, and the surrounding areas. Post any suggestions below. We were unsuccessful in our zoning variance request, which has left us with limited options after being unable to operate our gift shop or workshop classes this season. This has severely impacted our operational budget, and we will be unable to continue operating as a business in our current location. Our next steps are still uncertain as we take some time to process the passing of my mother and reassess our financial losses from investing in Owen County. Thank you to our supporters.

FYI, the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting is on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Location: Owen County Courthouse, Spencer, IN
Time: 7pm. At this point, we will not be able to have workshops on the farm this season, and we will remain closed. Hopefully, we will have no further delays in this zoning request, and we can determine the future of our business.
