One event done (Holdingford 1st graders), another one tomorrow (our open house). Although the weather wasn't ideal for making syrup today, tomorrow looks much better and warmer!!
Join us from 11:00am until 3:00pm to learn all about maple syrup. Maple syrup, maple cream, maple cotton candy, maple flavors, maple almonds, maple sugar.

Yayyyy!!! 🙌🎉🙌 We've made the decision on when to host our annual open house event at The Syrup Ranch LLC....

We'd love for you to join us on Saturday, March 28th between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for a day of fun as you tour our maple syrup operation! It'll definitely be a day full of excitement and knowledge!

A sap ladder is installed, this is how you make sap climb up hill. When one woods is lower then your pump house and trying to maintain a 2% slope. If a sap ladder wouldn't be used, the other end of the tubing would be 25 feet in the air!

It's was an extremely busy weekend; a lot of repairs, additions and installs in the woods. Installing mainline tubing in the woods!! Spring is on the horizon!

We are almost ready to rock-n-roll! 2025 season is officially 🙌 a "go!" Tapped in last weekend and was chasing leaks and squirrel chews for the last three days! Now the weather is another story, still lots of frost in the ground but slowly lifting to get the sap flowing. Here we go!!!
