The place lost an important building block today. After 14 years, Silver let us know he has herds up in heaven to protect. This sweet boy has seen many babies born and protected everyone from many predators. We will miss him dearly. ❤️ if we could stop time we would have kept him for years, but he’s done his time and deserves a rest. We love you.

Bingle bangle makes us 1 mama closer to being done kidding this winter! Only 1 more goat and couple sheep to go then we wait for Easter babies for the rest of the herd.

Coldest damn day and babies think they need to be born at temperatures that feel -50 to -65 degrees today. They get some time inside to dry off and warm up before being moved to the heated “maternity” pig barn. RedButt is taking after her late mom by taking great care of them.

Two of our girls have a new home with 2 little girls to love them and start their first herd. Thanks Stephanie for giving your girls an opportunity many wish they could have! We are excited to see them grow together!

Our babies made the trip to educate kids as well as take cute pictures with royalty.

I’m not ‘kidding’ by saying I had the best time at the Kids Day on the Farm event hosted by the Dickinson State Ag Club.
I proudly wore my DSU blue as I returned to my alma mater for a fantastic event bringing agriculture to youth.
