Our animals are born and raised on native tallgrass prairie in the Flint Hills of far southeastern Kansas. We use controlled burning multiple times a year to provide our animals high-quality native forage throughout the growing season. This type of management helps to control brush, invasive species and is also excellent for wildlife and pollinators. We background them on the clover/bermudagrass p

astures at our headquarters in Osage County, Oklahoma. We then finish the animals on a mix of alfalfa and grain to provide excellent marbling and flavor. Our beef is dry-aged 21+ days which provides the most tender Blank Angus beef. After the dry-aging process the beef is expertly butchered, providing high-end cuts that you can't find in the grocery stores. We sell our beef in wholes, halves, quarters, eighths, and bundles. We follow Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) standards and low-stress handling of our animals. We take a lot of pride in the animals we raise and the land we raise them on.
