Sharing is caring... soon I will be recording our process on how we create our frozen smoothie wellness bags.

From the grocery store items we use to preparing each bag by hand, measuring each ingredient.

Along with my handy dandy work of restoring our Shasta vintage campers.

🍒🌱 Another evening harvesting chokecherries!

There is something special about gathering food straight from the land. ❤️

Tonight we harvested even more chokecherries, and while I was picking them, I kept thinking about the bigger vision we have for Happy Camper Wellness & Nutrition.

As we grow, we don't want to simply buy all of our fruits and vegetables from large suppliers. Our goal is to build relationships and collaborate with local farmers and growers whenever possible, using fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables in our smoothies and smoothie bags.

🌱 We plan to seek out local and organic growers
🍓 Incorporate seasonal fruits and vegetables
🥕 Support farmers and producers in the communities we serve
🫐 Use fresh, wholesome ingredients whenever possible
🍒 And continue learning how to responsibly use foods that grow naturally around us

Imagine our smoothie menu changing with the seasons based on what our local farmers are harvesting. ❤️

That's the kind of business we want to build—one that doesn't just promote wellness, but also supports the people who grow our food and the communities around us.

And tonight's harvest came with one BEAUTIFUL Montana sunset. 🌅

From the land… to the farmer… to the camper… to your smoothie. 🚐🥤🌱

Okay… I have NEVER seen anything like this before! 😂🚐

A toilet AND shower combo?!🚽🚿

When I opened this little bathroom, I had to look twice. 😂 The toilet literally sits inside the shower area, and there’s even a floor drain right there.

I know campers are designed to make use of every inch of space, but this is definitely a first for me!

Apparently, this is what they call a wet bath the whole bathroom is designed to get wet when you shower.

Vintage campers continue to surprise me. ❤️

Now the question is… would YOU shower with your toilet right there? 😂

Because I’m still trying to wrap my head around this one!

✨ MEET WYOMING SHASTA — SHE’S OFFICIALLY HOME! ✨

Another vintage beauty has joined our One Shasta, One State journey. 🏕️💛

I finally had the chance to really walk around her and look at all the little details, and I am SO excited about this one. She still has her Shasta Trailers emblem, the Starflyte badge, her Shasta wing, vintage jalousie windows, and even the old 110–125V electrical connection label. 😍

Is she perfect? Absolutely not. 😂 She has dents, damaged aluminum, rust, old repairs, missing pieces and plenty of work waiting for me.

But that's exactly why I love her.

And looking at all this old aluminum brings back memories of my grandmother, Ama. ❤️

Ama would NEVER let us throw aluminum away. 😂 She used to have us climbing into those big dumpsters looking for aluminum cans to collect. If there was aluminum around, we were saving it!

Now here I am all these years later, surrounded by old aluminum campers, carefully taking pieces apart and trying to save and restore whatever I can. I can't help but think Ama would get a kick out of this. 🥹❤️

Maybe some lessons don't make sense until years later.

I don't want a brand-new camper. I want to learn how to bring these old campers back to life while preserving as much of their history and character as I can.

And I'm learning as I go. 🔨🧰

I don't know how to do everything yet. Some of these tools I've never even used before. I'm learning about aluminum, rivets, electrical, framing, restoration and everything else these campers decide to teach me along the way.

There is no rush. I want to take my time, learn the right way, make mistakes, ask questions and do as much of the work myself as I possibly can.

Someday, when these Shastas are restored and serving their purpose with 😊 Camper Wellness & Nutrition, I'll be able to look at them and remember exactly where each one started — and the people and lessons that helped shape this journey long before I even knew I was on it.

This is Wyoming's starting point. 🤍

One Shasta. One State. One restoration at a time.

Preserving a little piece of American history while spreading wellness and nutrition through education. 🍎🥬🫐

Welcome home, Wyoming Shasta. 🏔️🤍
Your next chapter starts here.

And Ama… don't worry, I'm not throwing the aluminum away. 😂❤️

🔧✨ Learning As I Go — One Tool, One Camper, One Step at a Time ✨🔧

Well… here is my growing collection of restoration tools. 😂 The funny part? I have absolutely no idea how to use most of them yet!

I actually signed up for a welding class because I wanted to learn how to weld and do more of the restoration work myself. I never received confirmation that I got into the welding class… but somehow I ended up getting into CNA classes instead. 😂 Life has a funny way of redirecting us sometimes!

But that doesn't change the plan.

I am eager to learn how to use every one of these tools safely and correctly. I want to learn how to weld, cut, rebuild, repair, and restore as much of these old Shasta campers with my own two hands as I possibly can.

And the best part is, I am in absolutely NO hurry.

These campers have already been around for decades. They can wait a little longer while I learn how to give them the restoration they deserve. ❤️

I'm not trying to rush through this journey. I want to understand what I'm doing, learn new skills, make mistakes, ask questions, and someday be able to look at these campers and say:

“I learned how to do that.”

For now, I'm collecting the tools.
Next comes learning how to use them. 🔨🪚⚙️

One Shasta. One State. One lesson at a time. 🚐✨

🚙 Meet Wyoming Shasta | 1969

Every camper has a story... and so does the journey to bring it home.

This beautiful 1969 Shasta came from the beautiful state of Wyoming and from a wonderful woman who entrusted us with its next chapter. We don't take that responsibility lightly. She let me take it for $240 and helped me with the lights. ❤️🙏

The trip itself was one I'll never forget. I had just dropped off our Washington Shasta, grabbed only a few hours of sleep, and then hit the road again for Wyoming. The previous buyer fell through and my guides had me on the road.

Some people might call it crazy...

We call it purpose.

With every mile, every late night, every sunrise, and every camper we rescue, we're reminded that this journey is bigger than restoring vintage trailers. We believe we're being guided one step at a time. The right people keep crossing our path, and each one reminds us why we started.

Our vision has never just been about campers.

It's about creating places where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the healing power of nature. Through Happy Camper Wellness & Nutrition, we'll continue spreading wellness and nutrition through education while preserving these incredible pieces of American history.

Welcome home, Wyoming Shasta.

Your story is just beginning, and we can't wait to share every step of the restoration with all of you.

One Shasta. One State. One Story.

🇺🇸 Meet Washington Shasta 💙

Sometimes life has a way of placing exactly what you need on your path.

We traveled from Montana to the beautiful Deer Park area of Washington to meet a wonderful young gentleman and his wife.

She is a Shasta Super 19, and after a lot of thought, we knew she wasn't meant to be just our family's camper. She has a new purpose.

She will become part of Happy Camper Wellness & Nutrition—our mobile wellness center that will travel to city venues, community events, and wherever people gather, spreading wellness and nutrition through education.

Our journey home was unforgettable. We traveled through the night beneath the light of the full moon, taking our time to make sure she made it safely back to Montana in one piece. There was something peaceful about those quiet miles, knowing another chapter of this dream was beginning.

Like all of our Shastas, she has a story.

She won't stay black forever. She'll be carefully restored, bringing back the beauty she deserves while preparing her for a new life serving our communities.

Every camper we rescue is a reminder that something weathered by time can still have incredible purpose.

Just like people.

Thank you to the family in Washington for trusting us with her next chapter. We promise she'll continue to make people smile for many years to come.

This is only the beginning.

🚙 One Shasta. One State. | Montana (1955)

A little progress update! ❤️

Life has kept us busy with a few unexpected trips, including bringing home our Washington Shasta, but don't worry... our Montana girl hasn't been forgotten.

Every chance I get, I'm back out here working on her. Restoring a vintage camper isn't a race—it's a journey. Some days you make big strides, and other days you discover you need one more tool before you can take the next step.

Right now, the next challenge is removing the holding tank. I haven't even attempted it yet because I need the proper tool, but I'll get there. Every challenge teaches me something new, and I'm enjoying learning every step of this restoration.

What started as restoring a vintage camper has become something much bigger. Our mission is to preserve these beautiful pieces of American history while creating spaces that inspire connection, healing, and adventure.

Through Happy Camper Wellness & Nutrition, we'll be spreading wellness and nutrition through education—helping others learn how simple, healthy choices can support their well-being while sharing our passion for restoring these timeless campers.

Thank you to everyone who continues to follow this journey, offer advice, and cheer us on. Your support means the world to us.

One Shasta. One State. One Story at a time. ❤️🇺🇸
