Hairy Cow Brewing Company is the new kid on the block, having just opened in February. We hope to become a hub of activity for Box Elder and the Black Hills community, as well as a destination for travelers. Our mission is to create an experience for you consisting of great food, drinks, and service. We would appreciate your votes in the Rapid City Journal Best of the Black Hills. We are beefing-up the HCB Crew in anticipation of a busy summer patio season. If you are a seasoned server with experience in a busy hospitality environment, have a great attitude, and desire to create amazing experiences for guests, HCB wants you!
Kitchen applicants required to have a great attitude and ability to work well as a team. We are looking for cooks, prep, and other culinary personnel. Experience is a plus but not required.

Beer garden progress and looking for a carpenter and artists. We want to build a roof for our stage (ex in the first comment). Also iso mural artist(s) to paint the shipping containers and walls in the taproom.

Pizza of the Month:
Thank you responding with all so many creative Pizza of the Month suggestions. One recipe was requested several times, soooo the June Pizza of the Month is Southwest Pickle!

HCBs Southwest Pickle Pizza starts with a housemade southwest ranch base, then we add mozzarella, dill pickles, more mozzarella, and a dusting of bread crumbs. After baking we add more fresh pickles, crispy bacon bits, fresh dill, and finish with a drizzle of southwest ranch. It is as tasty as it sounds!
