Farm Stand Update…
We’re hoping to have the farm stand open next weekend, can’t wait to be offering fresh produce again!
This picture is of my grandparents, Iva and Bill (Sr.) Paisley, I believe some time in the 40’s.
My grandfather and his parents bought this farm in 1932 and at that time it was a chicken farm. When he got back from being in Japan during WWII, he changed it over to greenhouses and a vegetable farm.
I’m very fortunate to be running this farm as its fourth generation operator, and I couldn’t do it without our amazing crew and wonderful customers!
See you soon!

It was a beautiful sky out there this evening, and if you zoom in on the field you can see the squash and cukes popping up, I just hope the geese don’t get them. Constantly fighting the wildlife here, hence Witchy Poo, which actually gave me a scare when I went around to the back of the greenhouse to get a shot of the sunset over the field! 😆 Had to put her up early this year to try to scare the deer away from eating the perennials.

We still have a great selection of vegetable plants, time to get them in the ground!

A few days late posting this, on Wednesday Amanda and Nicole, who just started their 3rd year here, got the first seeds of the season in!
Zucchini, Summer Squash, Eight Ball Zucchini, yellow and green Patty Pan Squash, Kousa Squash, Pickling and Slicing Cucumbers, Green and Wax Beans.
One of the best parts about the farm is teaching new generations how to plant and harvest crops.
So many of our past employees have enjoyed learning about growing and are keeping their gardening skills, they’ve learned here, alive.
