We also produce and sell our luscious and unusual Cafe de Paris and Bourgenge compound butters, as well as ready-to-eat handpies. At Bifrost Farms, we try to take humane to the next level as a no-kill dairy. Goats are people too, and only the best homes get a Bifrost Farms kid. We’ve closed our farmstead creamery, but in its place a licensed kitchen has risen. Here we bake bread and make Kolaches,

as well as offering it for rent to the community and aspiring food entrepreneurs. Please help support humane and compassionate farms, and local businesses, whoever you buy from.

We’ve really been slacking with the updates. Two weeks ago we went live in in the Twin Cities!! Here’s a bit of truth. When we started Bifrost Butters I told a few select people that the one place we wanted to be sold was at Kowalskis. We knew we would be successful if we could be there. It’s odd how we set our standards. But honestly, coinciding with this milestone, a whole new world seems to be opening up for Bifrost Butters. I am Verklempt. ❤️❤️❤️. There are really no hashtags for this feeling.

Look!! Not a butter post. We checked out .stp new Wednesday pop up. Steak frites with all you can eat frites. They also offered mussels, which I had. But if red meat is offered, Joel is going to have it. Unfortunately, his steak was kind of gristly, but in true Meritage fashion, he was brought another that was perfect. 10/10, highly recommend. And if you get a chance, go on another night and have the full high-end experience. It’s worth every penny.

For those not familiar with the Haiku style, it is a "poem," loosely speaking, that is three lines long. The first line has 5 syllables, the second line has 7 syllables, and the third line, 5 syllables again.
