Horner's Corner Horner's Corner farm is located in the hills north of Boyceville, WI. We make maple syrup from ours We practice what we call ignorganic farming.

Horner's Corner is a small family farm in Dunn County where we tap our maple trees and make maple syrup and have an orchard with apples and pears. This is an adventure in permaculture with our inputs as low as possible. We mow and prune the orchard, we have fenced it but not well enough to keep all the deer out. Our sap system is piped and vacuumed, we use a reverse osmosis filter to remove 85% of

the water from the sap before we finish cooking the syrup on an efficient gasifying wood fired evaporator. We market directly from the farm and at the Mill City Farmers market downtown Minneapolis on Saturdays.

On the eve of the Vernal Equinox, the sap ran all through the night. Tomorrow 3/21 we'll be at 9am-1pm with our maple syrup, maple sugar and maple cream.
