Yale researchers identified CBG as the cannabinoid with the strongest potential for future pain-support research.

Key findings:
CBG, CBD, and CBN were studied.
Researchers found these cannabinoids reduced activity of the pain signaling protein Nav1.8.

CBG showed the greatest potential in this laboratory study.
More human clinical research is needed, but this is an exciting start.
