🌸 NW Gardens summer honey is here! 🌸
This summer harvest is the result of a spring and summer filled with blooms from our sunflowers and flower fields, fields of elderflowers, forests of poplars, maples, and willows, and meadows of clover and wildflowers. The flavor is bright and fruity, kind of reminds me of a sweet tart with its candy like notes - definitely not your ordinary honey bear. We will have this harvest at market and for restaurants, local grocers, and all our wholesale customers while supplies last. 🫶
