Considering we’re out of ground beef til next weekend, it feels like the right time to remind you all about one of our personal favorites & ground beef’s BEEFED UP cousin💪🏼, if you will…

✨Golden Ground Beef✨

Golden Ground is our twist on “Ancestral Ground Beef”. It’s a mild blend of regular ground beef, heart, & liver! We’ve been carrying this for years now & it’s a steady fan-favorite🐐

When I say mild- it’s MILDD. Hide it in some seasonings or a sauce & you won’t know the difference! It’s the best way to get extra nutrients to picky eaters🍽️

❓Why even eat it? Beef heart is packed with protein, iron, B vitamins, & CoQ10, while liver is full of vitamin A, B12, iron, & choline. These things support lots of little parts of your body, like cellular energy production, brain health, & immune support.

🐮The best part is you get all the goods with nothing crazy added- just more parts of the steer!🥩

🛒In stock on our website, OR stop out to Laurel Mountain Ministries this Saturday morning to grab a pack there✨

📍You can also now find this at Frecon Farms, The Hen Shed, AND Hoffman's Produce!

It’s National Farmer Day!🚜🐮🌽

We thank all the farmers out there in every sector of ag, from those growing the cotton for our clothes to the folks raising the food we eat!

We’re grateful to be apart of this community and everything it is, through all of the ups and downs. We wouldn’t trade this life for anything!

🏃‍♀️💨 This month is already running away from me, but we’ve got some fun events coming up!

🗓️Next Saturday 10/17 we will be at the Maker’s Market at Laurel Mountain Ministries! This is always a fall favorite of ours 🍁

📍The Pikeville Market Weds. 10/21*

🗓️Upper Perk Valley Farmers Market Thurs. 10/22*

🥩Our next Open House is Saturday the 24th, 9-12! This is the day after we restock, so we’ll have it all😎

‼️I officially broke into our last box of ground beef yesterday, so our attendance to Pikeville & Upper Perk will be determined by what our inventory looks like then! I would suggest placing a pre-order if you have your heart set on something special😊***

You’ve all been so great & we feel so supported🥰 We can’t thank you enough!
