Last Sunday’s W**e Club Pick Up Party recipes called for a plethora of lemon zest, leaving us with an enormous supply of lemons with absolutely nothing left to wear.

Last year, we planted pumpkins. In perfect rows. We watered them. We built them little nests. We babied them.

We got about three pumpkins.

This year, we did absolutely nothing. We have pumpkins everywhere.

Wonderful. Confounding. A little insulting.

The Terra Pacem W**ery has that familiar fermentation smell—and we couldn’t be happier about it.

Meet Violet Beauregard, our tank full of Pinot Gris w**e currently being made from grapes grown in southern Columbia Valley, Washington.

For the past year, many of you have been asking us for a Pinot Gris. We listened, and it’s finally in the works. This is our first time making one, and we’re ridiculously excited to see what Violet becomes.

You asked. We delivered. Well… we will deliver. In about nine months. W**e refuses to be rushed. 🍇🍷
