Liz Glass and Chris Meyer opened Lake Street Market in May 2004, and turned what was once a summer-only deli into a year-round destination for gourmet sandwiches and soups, fresh salads, great pizzas, and hand-cut steaks. They also offer a variety of cheeses, specialty foods, beers and wines.

Happy Saturday, Nation! We have Mac & Cheese and some gorgeous prime-grade ribeyes in the cooler. Lamb Chopper sheep's milk cheese from Cypress Grove back in, for those who have been missing it the last couple years. Kaila Kuhn's bFFF still tearin' up the charts. So is the Cobb Salad. Come get some tasty goods today--we'll be here till 7, and then closed Sunday and Monday!

Nation, the nights are getting cooler and soon so will the days. Be one of the first to keep toasty warm in one of our full-zip hooded sweatshirts! They are almost entirely cotton and very weighty, and are built to last years or lifetimes depending on how hard you live in them. The sweatshirt alone would cost more than we're asking ($75) in any clothing store. The commemorative design--logo on the front, anniversary info and complete historical menu on the back--is priceless and therefore no extra charge đŸ˜‰!

Well we sold out of Lasagna in 20 minutes last night, so we're making more! It will be ready by 4. Chicken Enchiladas will be ready by 3. We'll be cutting prime ribeyes soon after the truck gets here...the timing of which is always a mystery. Call us beforehand if you want to request extra thick ones!
