Now I am going to start that book! Wish me luck !

When purchasing my third cart last year, I went back to the original maker of my first cart. While waiting for my paperwork to finalize I sat with Joel the owner and maker and told him of my journey through the hot dog business. He was so impressed as he stated and asked me to write a Book which he would help publish and sell. A year later I am thinking I may just do that as it has been a journey and a fun one at that. But not short of alot of hard work and dedication.
