Salt of the earth folks! They are stewards of the former Wheat Montana farm & are taking it to the next level. Their flours are stocked on the shelves of Town & Country. We highly recommend! Also, reach out to them for their pork & cows they are raising. By far, the best we've ever tasted. Buy local folks!

Abundant amount of work available building decks, tipis, other unique structures on a neighboring farm located in South Cottonwood. We have much work here as well located North of Springhill and possible housing also for the right candidate. The work on our farm would include lot’s of planting and farm related work as well as maintenance / carpentry tasks.

The ideal person would have grit, be responsible and motivated, have reliable transportation, read a tape measure, use a drill and can be adaptive to Montana Spring weather.

SOWING SEASON 🪴

Why plant your own food? :

•When you have access to fresh fruit and vegetables right outside your door, you’re more likely to eat more which in return keeps you healthier.

•YOU decide what fertilizer and pesticides go in and on your food- if any at all...

•Garden grown fruit and vegetables have more nutrients and less chemicals that come in contact with them.

You SAVE a lot more money and you’ll get multiple harvests throughout the season. It’s a win win!

•Gardening itself can be very therapeutic and relieve your
stress levels.

What’s best to plant during fall? :

Greens: Lettuce, spinach,
kale, collards, & arugula.

Other veggies include:

Radish, Turnip, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, & Green onion.
