What’s for dinner? Marinated elk steak 😋. I like to use some Sweet Bell Pepper blend along with Worcestershire sauce and a bit of honey for our marinade. This is great for less premium cuts like round steak and flank steak. Marinate 6 or more hours, pan fry, cut into strips and serve with stir fry veggies or over a big salad.

Our first attempt at homemade granola bars! We love this because there’s no added refined oils and you can control the sugar content. This attempt includes: pistachios, cashews, almonds, goji berries, dried apples, raisins, local honey, coconut oil, and Ridgeline Spice Cinnamon Dessert Spice all on a dark chocolate backbone. What do you add to your meatloaf? We love dicing up some yellow onion, carrot, yellow, red and orange peppers. Sauté everything in a little grass fed butter and leave it to cool before mixing it into your ground meat. This is a quick and easy dinner prep idea that can be thrown in the oven in lieu of a frozen pizza. We add either Tuscan seasoning, Sweet Bell Pepper Blend or Red Meat Seasoning Salt to the mix depending on how we want the meatloaf to taste 😋. Check out our recipe at ridgelinespice.com/recipes
