Had the pleasure of going to the The Feral Feast yesterday on North Bridger Bison ranch. A regenerative bison ranch where Matt field harvests bison and explains in great detail the importanceof regenerative farming/ranching. The Feral Feast team put on an amazing event full of food demos, seminars about foraging, restorative farming, harvesting, cooking and so much more. A truly intimate amazing event with a lot of knowledge presented. Food made from some incredible chefs. Chef Jamie made a fantastic elk tri tip, lunch was elk brats from Daniel's meats, and an array of mushroom medly including morals, Chef Eduardo Garcia made an exceptional bison carpaccio. Nettle and herb pasta demo, live podcast of Year Of Plenty Podcast sitting down with the chefs. cudaway knives knife company was there with demostrations of sharpening and chopping, amazing knives (had to pick up a small herb chopper). So much more, just an exceptionally amazing event that I cant say enough about, check out their page and website for all theninfo, so so much. Thank you to the feral feast team for putting this on and I look forward to seeing the growth next year.

The Doods Foods has officially landed!!
Health inspection passed, we are licensed and legal to private chef, caterer, and selling foods!!

It's been a long road but it's time to start selling g pur own grub!

Hopefully you'll see me at the winter farmers market this year. Let's go!!!

I had the honors of being the guest chef at Crazy's last night. What an incredible experience it was, a night I won't soon forget. So grateful for Matt and the opportunity he gave me to perform at his restaurant. It was truly special. And to be able to do it on a week my mom and niece were visiting was next level. From the support of friends and coworkers coming to dine, to the incredible staff of Crazy’s, the night was truly amazing.

Thank you, Matt, and your incredible team for everything you do and the level of expertise you all brought to the evening. It was truly fantastic!

Vacation with my mom and 9 year old niece in town. Staying in an off grid cabin has been great. I made her some pancakes infused with chocolate milk. Hot cocoa and some sourdough english muffins were on the menu.

This Sunday, tune in to watch Bryce Stubbs, one of our incredible volunteers who helps prepare meals in the kitchen at Fork & Spoon, compete in the season finale of 100 Cooks!

A few weeks ago, Bryce wowed the judges by preparing one of Fork & Spoon's very own recipes, earning his spot in the finale. Now, he'll be cooking for the title, and we couldn't be more excited to cheer him on!

Bryce represents the incredible volunteers who make our work possible every single day. This past year, 1,636 volunteers donated their time to prepare meals, stock food shelves, support guests at Homeward Point, welcome customers into our facilities, and strengthen our community in countless ways.

Bryce, thank you for sharing your talent, generosity, and passion with our guests at Fork & Spoon. We're so proud to have you as part of the HRDC team!
