Hey hey folks ! We are already moving and grooving into plans for next season- I KNOW - ridiculous , right ? But ! Such is life as a busy lil’ mighty company like ours !

If you are thinking about a private dinner with us - you’d like to do an outdoor event with us - you need an amazing team to cater your small boutique wedding - maybe you are a CHEF OR RESTAURANT that wants to collaborate on a dinner—NOW is the time to start reaching out.

A very Montana version of a Lowcountry Purloo!

Bison over fire. Brown butter spot prawn. Carolina gold rice. Love.

This came out like a dream. I juiced carrots and tomato for the base of the rice. Used beautiful green bell pepper and onion for the base as well… slow cooked the bison over fire.

All of the herbs. All of the garlic. Scallion oil. More love.

Combining two worlds that I love so much, the heart of the Lowcountry in Charleston, SC + what has now been home for four years … Montana !

When an absolutely fabulous dessert becomes … a to-go- or blow away !

Cannot express how much I loved this dinner last night. So many amazing faces at the table - new and familiar - and an amazing group of humans by my side making it all happen!

Huge thank you to Amaltheia Organic Dairy for being such gracious hosts - and making this meal come to life !

Much more to come - many more memories to be made … lots more photos on the way - and lots more to say about how much I love this lil’ life.

The deets : This is a part-time role (for now ), requiring excellent organizational skills, proficient knowledge in WIX , canva , Outlook, Adobe, and a professional “voice” via emails.

During peak season, this role may double as an event lead + grow into a full time position !

Chicken Milanese has always stolen my heart on a hot summer evening !

Piled high with peak season veggies on the grill - dill mayo , brown butter + lemon caper spoon sauce. Giant side salad with perfect summer farm greens.

Spinach + Bison Cannelloni

Summer brings so much joy in cooking. Everything is bright and full of flavor , inspiring , and delicious.

For me and my career , the big wins come from collaboration, championing other chefs , befriending talented humans who are hard working, passionate, and driven. Humans who challenge me, inspire me , and share my love for food.

Big Sky PBR 2026 was an incredible gift. An amazing team, great chefs , old friends, and new ones.
