We have a new drop point for A2A2 raw dairy in Havre!
You can find our fridge inside Empress Apothecary - the beautiful red farmstand located at 330 4th Street near Hi-Line Law, across from the courthouse.

This week we have whole creamline milk, two flavors of yogurt, cream, bottled lattes, and ice cream. Everything is made in small batches, with clean ingredients, and great care. The products we have available here are the same things that we make weekly for ourselves and our young children.

The farmstand is also stocked with delicious baked goods and sourdough, hand crafted herbal skincare, tinctures, dried tea blends, local honey, seasonal produce, and more. New items are added frequently, so check back often!

We are so excited about this opportunity to provide easy, convenient access to raw dairy for our community and we can not thank Jen enough for allowing us the space to do so.

Marigold is the prettiest flower in the field 🏵

She is currently ~100 days in milk and producing about 4.5 gallons a day on our grass pastures and grain mix treat at milking time. Her milk is extra sweet and perfectly creamy.

To produce so much milk in her very first lactation is really exciting to the dairy farmer in me.
With a proper diet and care a milk cow's production will likely increase on her second lactation, and then again on her third, where she will generally reach her maximum production.
