Head on up to The Brickyard Tavern and Barbecue and have some of their whole hog barbecue, featuring hogs from yours truly! So incredibly excited to work with this awesome restaurant!

IMPORTANT HOG INFO:
*September 5 will be the next whole hog special! There will be NO whole hog the next 2 Saturdays (8/22 and 8/29).
*Whole Hog Saturdays will be finished for the season in October, and will return next spring/summer
Ok, now that the bad news is out of the way, here’s the exciting news:
**For the month of September we will be locally sourcing our pigs from Endless Mountains Ranch (well, from Brackney PA). Emily reached out to us, as she went to high-school with Davey! Emily and her husband own and operate Endless Mountains providing us with big ol’ pasture raised hogs. Check out their page to see what else they sell!

Whole and half pigs are still available — but they’re going QUICK!

✔️ $6/lb hanging weight
✔️ Price includes ALL butchering, processing & packaging
✔️ Raised right here on our family ranch

Our goal hanging weight is approximately:
• 200 lbs for a whole pig
• 100 lbs for a half pig

Deposits required to reserve:
• $400 deposit for a whole pig
• $200 deposit for a half pig

📌 Pork is NOT officially reserved until deposit is received.
