Good morning. οΏΌ today I am having a breakfast of fried egg, asparagus, and olive tapenade. it is nestled in a high fiber wrap.οΏΌ I am having a yellow Bartlett pair as well. It is accompanied by a cup of black coffee.

The egg is for bodybuilding, tissue replacement and repair. The asparagus has many things, including: vitamin K for blood, clotting, vitamin C for the immune system, vitamin A for complexion and vision, B vitamins for nervous system, health and energy endurance, vitamin E for antioxidant value, folic acid for cell growth and development and insulin, a fiber οΏΌthat promotes gut health. The pears are good source of vitamins C and K, as well as fiber for digestive health.

On Veterans Day, we went to the west Mifflin, Pennsylvania, Texas roadhouse. We had a great veterans lunch. I ate the salad and took the burger home for later even though the whole thing was very inviting, I discarded the bun and ate the rest, which was the meat and the vegetables,

Texas Road House did a great job of honoring all the veterans. Thank you.
