Cafe in the Park and Cevichela Project are teaming up to showcase guest Chef Darwin Santa Maria and Brewmaster Tom DUDDITZ Harris, varied experiments with craft beer, ceviche and it's many variations as well as tiraditos, and crudo preparations:
