the pace difference 🫪 365 days of commitment, through thick and thin. I started this running journey when I was morbidly obese & I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come. This is just the beginning, but improving little by little has been incredibly rewarding.

unfortunately this is the reality for a lot of us which is why it’s important to always be kind no matter someone’s size AND don’t lie to them to make them feel better because that’s helping them stay delusional 😂
