Hey everyone we are about to order some new farm shirts. If you want one the price is $20 each and you can see the colors offered here in these pictures. They will take a couple weeks to get back so we will try to have the order in to the shop by Monday August 3rd. Please reach out to John Miller or Ashley Miller to let them know what size and color you would like. We can take Venmo or PayPal to pay for them upfront. Others can pay cash on a case by case basis. If we have to ship to you it will be an additional cost to be determined later.

Forecasts may change by the hour, but winter work doesn’t.

Across the Cooperative, teams manage the daily logistics that keep milk moving — coordinating routes, adjusting schedules, supporting plants, and staying connected with our farmer‑owners. When winter storms threaten that flow, those same systems flex to keep people safe and maintain pickup continuity as best we’re able.

It’s one of the key benefits of being part of a cooperative: farmers don’t have to juggle transportation and processing on top of running their farms.

On the farm, winter is its own full‑time job. Extra dry bedding, calf jackets, winter teat care, thawing waterers, and constant checks all help keep cows and calves comfortable and healthy.

And when severe weather causes real damage, DFA Cares is often there with practical support to help families and herds recover.

So, while you’re enjoying dairy this weekend, know there are farmers, haulers, and co‑op teams working through the cold to make it possible. The weather may be unpredictable. Our commitment isn’t.
