Winters Family Beef Dry aged, steakhouse-style, Texas Wagyu beef! George and Amy Greer moved to Brady, Texas in 2008 to help run Amy's Family Ranch.

Amy is the 6th generation to work on this land and George is always up for a new adventure! They decided to blaze their own new trail by growing cattle that would always be free from antibiotics and added hormones. Their animals are pasture-fed and never captive in feed lots. They love their cows and always treat them with the utmost care. Their beef is dry aged for 30 days to provide the very best of steakhouse style beef to their customers, family and friends.

We’ll be at the farmers market this weekend, and since we won’t be back at any farmers markets during the month of October, now is the time to stock up! We’re encouraging everyone to get your pre-orders in as soon as possible.

Our variety will be somewhat limited this weekend, but we’ll do our very best to fill your order with the items you’re looking for! The earlier you get your pre-order in, the better we can plan and accommodate your requests.

🚨Please note: We will not be attending any farmers markets throughout October. We’ll be back in November, so this weekend is your best opportunity to stock up on your favorites.
