Winters Family Beef Dry aged, steakhouse-style, Texas Wagyu beef! George and Amy Greer moved to Brady, Texas in 2008 to help run Amy's Family Ranch.

Amy is the 6th generation to work on this land and George is always up for a new adventure! They decided to blaze their own new trail by growing cattle that would always be free from antibiotics and added hormones. Their animals are pasture-fed and never captive in feed lots. They love their cows and always treat them with the utmost care. Their beef is dry aged for 30 days to provide the very best of steakhouse style beef to their customers, family and friends.

Hey folks! Just a heads-up that we will NOT be at the farmers markets the weekend of the 29th & 30th.

So it’s definitely time to start thinking ahead! If there’s anything you might need for the next two weeks, be sure to place a pre-order and come pick it up THIS weekend at either the Bell Market or Mueller Farmers Market.

Hi everyone! 👋🏻 We just wanted to hop on here and let you know that we won’t be at the markets this weekend.

We will be back next weekend (August 15th & 16th), and we’d love to see you then! If you’d like to place a pre-order for pickup next weekend, feel free to do so.

Just a reminder that there will be no pickups this weekend, as we won’t be at the market.
