Winters Family Beef Dry aged, steakhouse-style, Texas Wagyu beef! George and Amy Greer moved to Brady, Texas in 2008 to help run Amy's Family Ranch.

Amy is the 6th generation to work on this land and George is always up for a new adventure! They decided to blaze their own new trail by growing cattle that would always be free from antibiotics and added hormones. Their animals are pasture-fed and never captive in feed lots. They love their cows and always treat them with the utmost care. Their beef is dry aged for 30 days to provide the very best of steakhouse style beef to their customers, family and friends.

We’re back at the market this weekend and fully stocked (except for beef jerky), which means it’s time to start placing your preorders!

If there’s something specific you want, be sure to get your order in early so we can have it ready for you at pickup.

And don’t forget—the following Saturday is the 4th of July weekend! Now is a great time to start planning your holiday meals and stocking up on all your favorites.

The Smoke on the Hill BBQ Cook-Off was held this weekend in Brady, and it was a great event! Cooler weather, great accommodations, and plenty of outstanding BBQ.

We’re especially proud that two local pitmasters, Scott Evans and Bradd Raybion, chose our steaks for the ribeye competition. Out of 53 entries, Scott placed 5th and Bradd took home 1st place! That’s some serious talent paired with some great beef.

Scott is pictured on the left, and Bradd is in pink on the right. Both shopped local, and we’re thrilled to have been a small part of their success.

And congratulations to the young lady featured in slide 3 for taking home 1st place in the Youth Chicken competition!

Smoke on the Hill is an annual event in Brady, and if you enjoy cooking, competing, or just eating great BBQ, it’s worth checking out.

George and I just got our full body MRI scans and wow — what an experience! This place is warm and welcoming, not cold and sterile like most clinics. We even had an immediate consultation with a doctor after our scans, getting insights about our bodies that we wouldn’t have known otherwise.

If you’re curious about your health and want to really know your body, check them out! They also have an amazing podcast called Know Your Body — highly recommend!
