Just like a bunch of other Minnesotans, our power was out for a while last night. We are thankful for the generator that kept the fences and freezers on. A case of a small thing making a big difference! (Shout-out to all the power crews still out working to get everyone’s lights back on!)

Processing dates are always circled on the calendar. They are the first thing we set for the year, and that dictates the schedule for the rest of the season. We are about halfway through this fall’s processing dates, and goodness, it is gratifying to be here. It is exciting to be filling some freezers again, and to be fully stocked with pork. Beef is on the way! Thanks, as always, to those who have been waiting patiently along with us. We love to be your farmers.
