Super excited to grow to***co this year. Seeds are coming up of three varieties that are short season varieties for Minnesota growing. Thanks Mom for helping plant these little suckers! We are talking like flecks of sand small!
To***co has so many health benefits. We will make tinctures and sell dried leaf for smoking. I plan on making a few different smoking blends with other medicinal botanicals.

Good morning friends! It's been a while since I've posted or shared personally. The sky is clear this morning and crispy cool 28 degrees - feels like 20...wow! The past two morning there was ice on the buckets and we have had the heater on in the greenhouse. This weekend we will be starting some seeds; tomatoes, peppers of course as we need to make salsa this year. We ordered three varieties of to***co seeds from Victory Seed Company which will be something new for us. To***co is a medicinal plant.
Baby bunnies will be arriving soon! We have two new moms, so that will be fun to see what they produce out of our new Silver Fox buck. We had named him "Dude" but after witnessing his performance we changed it to "Jimmy John"...truly freaking fast!!
I check out the labyrinth where we have Thyme growing around the center rock and it wintered over just fine. The pic of the Labyrinth is taken from the garden. The raised bed of a tractor track is where we usually plant peppers. Peppers love the heat and they do very well in the track. We have two new huge tractor tires we will be using to grow peppers too.
We are so ready for warmer spring weather and I bet you are too!

It's almost a wrap...this New Moon today, we will be making a couple more tinctures. But I wanted to share that on the next Full Moon we have tinctures ready to strain and bottle up. We are very excited for the Green Hull Black Walnut Tincture as we will be making a combination of it with Wormwood and Clove. A Three-Way Cleanse and a must have for a routine Organic Parasite Cleanse. We are super excited to offer this in 2026 for those interested. I'm working on updating our website to include what we have added to our inventory this year. We have been busy!!
