In a quest to rediscover timeless traditions and swap modern conveniences for healthier options, I dove into the world of sourdough. After tons of research, a bread making class, and a kitchen littered with flour, I’ve finally added sourdough to our farm shop!

From our little farmhouse kitchen, we wish you a Happy Thanksgiving. May this season be full of love, laughter, and the foods that feel like home.

Upick, We Pick, & a Delivery Near You!
Upick this Friday and Saturday from 10 am-3 pm! Boxes and other goodies are also available at the farm.

Delivery of 5 lb. boxes are coming to Columbia this Tuesday, May 27th. Ordering will open up tomorrow. Details will be sent via email and socials to reserve.

“They are just too good!” Our sweet girl happily announced as our berries started to turn blue. Come upick this weekend from 10am-3pm (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Pints of blueberries and blackberries, as well as eggs and honey are available, along with some amazing home and body products we have been making from our lavender crop. Limited 5 lb boxes are also here!

We are Meghan and Mike -for those who have not been out to the farm, met us at a market, or are new here, it’s nice to meet you!

A couple of years ago, we took a huge leap of faith -transplanting our family from NY and trading suburbia, successful careers, and a newly built home for the adventure of Black Pearl Farms. We wanted our children to have a childhood full of discovery and nurture a love of the outdoors (at that time we had two …now we have 3!). We also wanted to grow our own food and work together (we are both products of small family businesses).

We are so happy that you are following us as we share our story, bumps in the road (there have been many) and the small successes along the way.

Our truck was vandalized this morning. However, we are committed to getting Columbia berries today. We will be delayed until 1 pm. We will meet in the Walmart lot on Forest Drive. Look for a red/cranberry Dodge Durango. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding.

Join us on Friday or Saturday during the next two weekends: Friday, May 17th, Saturday, May 18th, Friday, May 24th and Saturday, May 25th 10 am-2pm.
Cash, Venmo or check. Get away and make a weekend of it at one of our 5 private camp sites . We also have a new RV on site overlooking our beautiful field of blues or available for delivery to your favorite destination. Stay tuned for additional upick days and our signature box availability!

Cancelled: upick Memorial Day weekend. Mother Nature does not always cooperate and warmer temps earlier in the season accelerated the harvest. The remaining yield will be harvested and available in limited quantities. Stay tuned for future pick-up and delivery options. Columbia-pints are currently available
