Just resigned up with UPS to ship. I will need a Distributor. So anyone out there contract me. Currently have about 600 gallons ready to bottle and ship.

For you that dont know us Steph introduced me to mead. When I convinced her to move to Florida she brought 6 cases of mead. She also ask me to build her a wine room. She knew a good mead when she drank it but was lousy at making it. I built the wine room and since I'm a workaholic she told me i needed a hobby. It surprised her i started making mead. I made some terrible mead. I studied and finally gave her a mead she said that's not bad. It was a Blackberry , Black Currant with Orange blossom honey. I sent it to a couple completions and it did good. We are doing a small 6 gallon limited addition of that mead but we changed the honey. We are making a small limited edition of this 6 gallon probably max of 40 bottles that will be offered to new club members and a few special tasters and shared with friends. BTW I dumped at least half of what she brought.

We specialize in local fruits. This will be one of our signature Meads. We arranged to get the fruit from five different properties. Both sweet and tart. Currently have one freezer full and 20 gallons of mango blossom honey to go with it.

One more addition to our tools no more putting labels on by hand. There was a local online auction with great deals. I bid on a lot fortunately i only won what i had to have. The corkers were $5-10 each the big one stands 9 inches taller and opening is almost a half inch larger. Curious if anyone knows something about it. Not selling the extra corkers but that are available to good someone that needs them.

We like to focus on local fruit in our mead. With that in mind I ran across a deal a local property owner had three trees of Starfruit almost all had been picked but I got all that was left and will be crafting a special mead. First test batch will be small limited edition. The property owner has told me i can have everything from all three trees when they bear again in December. This is 408 pieces of fruit we counted.
