Many chances to join us over Labor Day Weekend! 🥰

Thursday — 3-8pm: let’s kick off the long weekend! No pizza. You can bring your own food in, picnic style.

Friday — 3-9pm: just one pizza night this week. Order pizzas early in the week! Pizza of the week is aThe Pickle.

Saturday — 1-8pm: live music and a food truck! We had this same combo last year and it was lovely ✨

Sunday — 12-5pm: no Sunday scaries this week! A long weekend calls for being open another day. Just the bar will be open, but come have some wine and beer in our relaxing setting and forget about your worries!

Reminder that we only have pizzas Friday and Saturday this week. There are still a few left, but you should order soon!

We will be open on Thursday (3-8pm), but just the bar. We will have cheese boards available, and you are welcome to bring your own food, picnic style.

The end of the season always brings our favorite “pizza of the weeks.” This past weekend we had the bacon cheese curd (I forgot to take any pictures!) It was covered in bacon, dried cherries, red onion, and Redhead Creamery’s ridiculously good cheese curds — YUM!

This week is the baked potato pizza! The base is mashed potatoes and topped with local sweet corn, bacon, scallions, and drizzled with top the tater! If you’ve never had mashed potato pizza, here’s your chance! On the best sourdough crust.

Not to sound the alarm, but we are down to just 5️⃣ pizza nights left. Just Friday and Saturday this next week, then for Labor Day Weekend we will just have Friday (food truck Saturday), and our last pizza weekend will be September 11th and 12th. Most of you know this, but owner Katie is a teacher and we also lose a lot of our staff to college and come mid-September, all of our energy shifts to grape harvest and wine making so we can have the best wine to serve you in the coming seasons! Thanks for your continued support and continuing to come back and bring your friends and family! 🥰

We’ve had a busy month of private parties! This was the set up for a client event for someone where we guided the group of 35 through a wine tasting of 6 of our wines and then had a pizza luncheon to follow. It was a beautiful day! 🌞

Who tried the Mexican Street Corn pizza?! 🌽 We love sweet corn season. It feels like such a fleeting delicacy so we try to enjoy it while it’s here! There might be one more corn pizza coming… think 🌽 🥔 🥓

We’re skipping corn this week, but sticking with the Mexican theme. This week’s pizza of the week is Birria! This is a tender braised beef shredded on your pizza served with raw white onion, cilantro, and a lime wedge to add some zest.

It’s crazy, but our pizza season is already starting to wind down. We have just 2 more Thursday pizza nights and then we will move to just Friday and Saturday for a few more weeks. If you haven’t made it out this season, we’d love to see you! And for those of you who keep showing up, we appreciate you and couldn’t do this without you 🫶🏼

Did you know we have 2+ miles of walking trails on our property?! This is the best time to go because the wildflowers are so awesome 😍 we have 50 acres of native MN prairie with rolling hills and wetlands! There’s a place we love called “the summit” where you can get a great view! Hit the trails before enjoying your pizza, or bring a glass of wine with you! 🍷

What a beautiful weather week for pizza! We have lots of pizzas left for Thursday and some for Friday and Saturday still! 🍕

Also, a reminder that we are hosting the Lakes Area Theatre tonight (Wednesday) for an encore production of Dear Jack, Dear Louise at 6:30pm. No pizza, but we’ll have drinks, cheese boards and ice cream! 🍨

The pizza order form is live for the week! Pizza of the week is Mexican Street Corn: seasoned sour cream sauce, sweet corn from our local farm stand (The Farmer’s Daughter), pickled red onion, jalapeños, mozzarella, cotija cheese, and served with a lime wedge! This is a highly anticipated pizza every year.

We will have an encore performance this Wednesday of Dear Jack, Dear Louise by Lakes Area Theatre at 6:30pm. No pizza this week, but we will have the bar, cheese boards, and ice cream. The show runs 2 hours with intermission.
