Surprise! We are releasing a new Ovidius, Ovidius X: RLB (Raspberry, Loganberry, Blackberry, 6.8% ABV)!

Ovidius is our fruited kettle sour series brewed with a touch of lactose*. This iteration was conditioned on massive amounts of raspberry, loganberry, and blackberry purée.

Crafted with American malted barley, malted oats, flaked oats, American hops, milk sugar, and our favorite Lactobacillus culture, this sour is jammy, soft, and tart.

We taste notes of raspberry gelato, blackberry jam, berry sorbet, and berry ice pops.

It is named after Ovidius (43 BCE - 17 CE), who was a Roman poet and lived during the reign of Augustus. He is most famous for his poem Metamorphoses, which is one of the most influential poems ever written, and he wrote a great many other poems, such as Ars Amatoria (The Art of Love) and Amores (The Loves). Ovid’s collection of poems continue to influence writers, poets, and artists to this day.

From 3PM–8PM, our DJ will be spinning nothing but your favorite 80s hits while the dance floor stays ready for all your best dance moves.

Our Fors Fortuna: 80's on Tap event is right around the corner, and we have an awesome day planned for everyone!

Surprise release today at 2pm! We are so excited to introduce Georgics: Nelson (3.5% ABV)!

Georgics: Nelson is a New Zealand-style Ordinary Bitter brewed with our hand-selected lot of Riwaka hops from New Zealand and lightly dry hopped with our hand-selected lot of Nelson hops from New Zealand. Designed to be crisp, light, and endlessly crushable, this is the perfect summer beer to enjoy on the beach, by the pool, or grilling.

Georgics: Nelson will be available starting at 2pm on beer engine only!

Cans will be packaged next week and available next Wednesday at 4pm.

To celebrate our new Wednesday hours, we are so excited to introduce Daphne’s Escape (Extra Dry Japanese-style Rice Lager, 4.2% ABV)!

Inspired by our travels in Japan and New Zealand (more to follow on this next week!), we constructed this rice lager to be crisp, refreshing, and endlessly crushable. Hopped with 100% of our hand-selected lot of Riwaka hops from New Zealand, there is a new school flavor we can’t get enough of. We encourage everyone to come try it!

Daphne’s Escape will be available starting today at 4pm on-draft via Japanese sharp pour and in (limited) 4-packs to-go! Cheers!

This week we will also be tapping a vintage keg of our Barleywine-style Ale, Domitianus (15.1% ABV)!

We have been storing a vintage keg of this batch for the last year, allowing the flavors to meld together and create a perfect harmony of barrel & barleywine. We taste notes of crème brûlée, bourbon-soaked vanilla beans, cinnamon, coconut, fig, dates, and prunes.

This keg is our 2025 release of Domitianus which we tapped at our second anniversary party. For this batch of Domitianus, we selected a single cognac barrel and a single Russell’s Reserve 10-year bourbon barrel, both of which housed our base barleywine recipe, known to us as BW1. This barleywine base rested in both the cognac and bourbon barrel for just under 22 months. After its long rest in oak, we blended the two barrels together in equal portions, creating a blend which is greater than the sum of its parts.

Inspired by the barleywine brewing traditions of Britain and the United States, this ale was crafted with British malted barley, a touch of British specialty malts, heaps and heaps of flaked oats, American hops, and our ale yeast. Double-mashed and boiled into the early hours of the following morning, this barleywine is rich, velvety, and incredibly complex.

It is named after Domitianus (51 - 96 CE), who was a Roman emperor and the last member of the Flavian dynasty. While known for being a ruthless leader and undermining the powers of the senate, Domitianus strengthened Rome’s borders, revalued the coinage, and initiated a massive building program within Rome. Domitianus is now accredited with creating the peace and stability for the century following his reign.

Domitianus: 2025 will be available starting this Thursday at 4pm on-draft only via nitro! It is only one log, so make sure to come try it before it kicks!

We are so excited to release our next experimental IPA, Sculptura VI (New Zealand IPA, 7.0% ABV)!

Sculptura is a series of beers where the brewers will experiment with different ingredients and brewing techniques. Each iteration can be a different style of beer or a variation on a classic Caius Farm beer. This sixth iteration is Cleopatra: DDH with Peacharine® hop kief from added in the brite tank before packaging. We taste notes of candy peach ring, gummy bears, guava sorbet, and light cannabis.

Sculptura VI will be available starting Thursday at 4pm both on-draft and in 4-packs to-go! Cheers!
