Saturday on the farm means building things, planting things, and being closely supervised by animals who contribute moral support. 🐎🐕🐈😂
The projects are growing, the garden is growing, and the to-do list is somehow growing too. At least the animals seem impressed... or they're just waiting for snacks. 🌱❤️

We are actively on the farm building, planting, harvesting, caring and doing all of the homesteading things. If at any point you want to come up and lend a hand there is more work than we can keep up with. Come up♡

Beautiful Saturday spent building garden beds and putting the sawmill to work. 🌞🪵🔨
There's nothing better than a productive day outdoors, turning rough lumber into something useful and watching the garden come together. Looking forward to seeing these beds filled and growing this season! 🌱

Here is our schedule for THIS Saturday, June 6! We're bringing the farm to Connecticut Museum of Culture and History Fun at the Fair event in Hartford, and we'd love to see you there!

🐔Coop with hens all day
🏁Chicken races at 11:30am & 1:30pm
💩Chicken p**p bingo at 12:30pm & 2:30pm
🐣Hatching & lifecycle demo (incubator, candling light, brooder)
🥚Egg show-and-tell — chicken, duck, and quail eggs to handle and compare
❓Q&A booth
