DankAss BBQ Sauce

DankAss BBQ Sauce Chef and creator Michael Dahnke came up with this smoked fruit infused barbecue sauce. Locally smoked and made in his home kitchen in Branford, CT.

Born in New Mexico, raised in South Florida and now living in New England, the chef and creator Michael Dahnke came up with flavors incorporated from all three regions where he grew up including Hawaii where he has family. With his passion for cooking and wanting to bring his down south heritage to New England, the Dank Ass BBQ Sauce was created. Michael has been cooking and creating, plus inspiri

ng other cooks and chefs for over 25 years. Mike is currently working at Rossitto’s Ristorante in Branford, CT. His background also includes American, Seafood, Mexican and Italian cuisine throughout the CT Shoreline.
