I suffered for two years with chronic pain in my body, I was in and out of the emergency room and doctors offices desperately looking for help to no avail. My kidneys were hot in my body and the medical professionals treated me like I was crazy. I was determined to find out what was wrong with me so I could live a quality life. I went to work for a dear friend at Healthy Harvest in Meriden, Ct

were I started baking gluten free. My first week at Healthy Harvest everything I ate was gluten free. I instantly started to feel better but it took time for my immune system to heal. I have a passion to make life easier for those who are suffering with food allergies. I will have fresh baked goods daily and excellent safe good tasting gluten free foods, breads, and supplements, also beauty products that are pure and chemical free, I am creating a one stop shop for anyone who suffers from celiac disease, gluten intolerance, and anyone who chooses not to eat genetically altered foods. I will be offering exciting products from local artisans and some unique general store items and some unique items you won't find anywhere else.
