We are looking for someone who is passionate about the art of cooking and willing to learn Asian cuisine. Handling kitchen tasks, food preparations, taking orders, cleaning on the go and once a week final cleaning. Team player and able to work under pressure with grace in a fast-paced environment. flexible and patient. General hours are from 4-8pm. Wed-Sun. Occasionally off site job opportunities. 3 days of pre job training is required. Starting immediately.

In Mandarin 白芝麻 - bai zhi ma means white sesame seed and 黑芝麻 - hei zhi ma means black sesame seed.

In Chinese cooking, black and white sesame seeds are more than just a garnish—they're a key ingredient that adds rich flavor and a delightful crunch to our dim sum. From enhancing the nuttiness of fillings to adding a touch of elegance, these tiny seeds are a big part of what makes our dishes so special.

The Healing Power in Tai Chi Movement — Cai brings to our community her cultural tradition from China, practicing Tai Chi with the principles of Yin and Yang balance combined with the Five-Animal Qigong movements. This simple self-help technique opens bodily meridian lines and strengthens one's immune system. A little about...

Originating from Chinese Sichuan cuisine, this dish contains a spice that is noted for its "numbing spice," (huajiao -花椒/sichuan peppercorn). This dish traditionally contains preserved vegetables, minced pork, scallions, Sichuan pepper and chili oil over cold noodles, however, we have our own take on it while keeping the key components to what makes this dish. If you love spice and have never experienced this numbing spice, this dish could be worth a try!

An urn of chrysanthemum tea 🌼 a mellow mildly sweet taste that is not overly floral like jasmine or lavender. When paired with a little honey and some ice it makes for a perfectly refreshing drink for a hot summers day.
