We have further discounted our cases (no mix and match) to $39 and are also selling kegs—see our website for updated availability. Hours this weekend are as follows:

Due to extreme demand and still having beer left, we’re taking online orders again for pickup on May 24,25,26 from 12-3pm. This will definitely be our very last weekend open. Tremendous thanks for 10 wonderful years and all of the extra support these last few months. ❤️❤️

Orders are by the case only and have been further discounted to $39/case for all beer. Also, kegs for sale starting at $50/keg. Availability is up to date on our website.

It’s our VERY LAST WEEKEND as Hermit Thrush 😌. Our taproom and brewery will close as of this Sunday. If you want any cans, this is your last chance. We’re only doing online orders for pickup at the brewery, no shipping or in store browsing.

Hello sour fans—just a friendly reminder that you have only two weekends left to put in online orders and pick them up! April 28th is our very last day. Hours are as follows for this weekend and next—

Friday 1-4
Saturday 12-3
Sunday 12-3

Also, please be advised that we are only open for online pickups. If you’d like to purchase any beer, all orders should be made via our online store. We no longer have draft beer or in store browsing.

Finally, proxy pickups are fine! In fact it might be a great idea to designate one friend to pickup your order for you if you live far away. Hope to see you in the next two weeks! 👋🏼

A reminder that we are now only open for online pickup orders through April 28th (our very last day)

We’re gearing up for a big weeekend—if you haven’t heard, we’re closing and it’s our last weekend of regular service and draft pours. Beer is moving quickly, so if you intend to pickup an order (now-April 28th) we recommend placing your order ASAP as many of the favorites are starting to sell out.

This weekend, April 5, 6, & 7th will be the very last time we serve our draft sours in the tasting room🤯22 all sour taps—plan accordingly🥳. Also, we recommend placing orders ASAP as we are starting to run out of certain beers. Orders can be placed on our website and picked up now through April 28th.

Thank you so much for all of the love! ❤️❤️🙃Beer is selling quickly, so we definitely recommend placing orders now if you plan to visit for pickup in April. This will ensure we have the beer that you want set aside☺️. Also a reminder that this is our last week of regular service (April 7th is the last day before we move into online order pickups only with no retail shopping). We’re overwhelmed with the kind words we’ve received—a huge thank you to those who have already placed orders. It’s been lovely hearing your shared memories from the past decade. A few FAQ’s regarding the closing:

-Yes-we are open for Easter Sunday 11-6

-We are holding all orders you place online through April 28th. Ordering now ensures that we don’t run out of whatever beer you want. Things are selling quickly!

-Proxy pickups are fine as long as the person is 21!

-Regular hours through April 7th

After nearly a decade of crafting unique and cherished sour beers, we are announcing the closure of our beloved Vermont brewery. From the outset, our journey has surpassed our wildest dreams, with our sours reaching corners and communities we only imagined when we began. This achievement fills us with immense pride and gratitude. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has walked through our taproom doors, enjoyed our sours at their favorite bars, and brought our beer into their homes and gatherings. Additionally, we owe profound gratitude to our tremendous staff, many of whom have become some of our closest friends, for their dedication and passion which have been the backbone of our operations. Your support and love for our craft have been the pillars of our existence. Meeting consumer price demands while consistently producing high-quality sours proved to be difficult. Evolving market dynamics also significantly influenced our difficult decision. To all who have been part of this journey, your role in our story has been invaluable, and profoundly appreciated.

April 7-April 28 we will do online orders only for pickup at the brewery. There will be no option to shop in store, so orders must be placed ahead of time. During this time hours will be as follows for picking up your order.

Fridays—1pm-4pm
Saturdays—noon to 3
Sundays—noon to 3

All 4 packs are $9 each and all bottles $9/bottle.
