When we were in France this summer, we had the opportunity to take a private tour of Gassier, and the view from their vineyard was absolutely breathtaking.

And now we have some of their Rosé at Windham Wines - including two magnums and a 3L for when a regular bottle just won’t do!

A little taste of Provence, right here in Brattleboro. 🍷

Summer isn’t over yet… we’re still firmly in Rosé season! ☀️🍷

We stumbled into another wine store and Jeff again is his happiest! While we wind down our trip to the South of France, stop by the store and give Margie some love! She’s ready to help pick out some great wines for you! She’ll be in the store from 12-6!

Today we had the pleasure of being guests at Bargemone. The drive to Provenance was stunning and the wines delicious. Unfortunately, but fortunately for us, the highway going there was shut down in both directions so we were detoured through some quaint villages. I think it’s safe to say Jeff wasn’t a fan of the narrow almost one way street size roads, but all was well in the world when we arrived at the winery!

Recently we learned how a reseller can help there client recover some of their investment on wine when it can’t move with them.

Our client previously co-owned a winery and has a private collection he guessed was worth $8,000-$12,000 but alcohol can’t be sold privately.

How could we help? Through research we learned non profits can auction alcohol. We located a non profit we support willing to accept the donation, then connected with Jeffrey Houle at Windham Wines who agreed to appraise them and help store them.

A win win for all involved (our clients gifted us a few bottles)

Another weekend, another cold, damp day.

We’re beginning to suspect summer took a wrong turn somewhere around Massachusetts.

Until it finds its way back, we’re leaning into what this weather does best: big, bold red wines.

Cabernet, Malbec, Syrah, rich blends…we’ve got plenty of bottles that pair perfectly with gray skies and a cozy couch.

Stop by and stock up. If we’re going to live in sweatshirt weather, we might as well drink accordingly. 🍷
