Really exciting project in Mexico!! Planting a trial of artichokes, 15 varieties over many different planting dates. Using in the pre-plant!

My friend Rusty assisting me with these great varieties he has developed over the years!

This project is a multi-country, two continent contributing effort. Genetics from the USA, soil from Mexico, and coffee grinds from Ethiopia!! Can’t wait to see how it turns out!!

Many congratulations to my friends for opening in Ensenada, Baja California. It’s so delicious and such a cool spot!! They deserve many success!!
Couldn’t drive through the Valle de Guadalupe without stopping at my favorite spot and had a great conversation with this winery keeps the integrity of the Valle with its natural look and garden curated by the wine is excellent and the vibes are just as good !!
