That time of year again. I am getting close to weaning calves. I am trying to decide how many steers to keep for freezer beef.
How it works:
• I sell beef in 1/4, 1/2, and whole portions. If there is any interest, I will sell small packages as well.
• You pay me for the beef and the butcher for processing.
• A $500 deposit is required.
• I am roughly a year out.
• Your choice of Wabash Clay Custom Meats or Odon Meat Locker.
• If you are unsure how you would like your beef cut, the butcher will walk you through every step to ensure you get everything processed the way you like it.
• All of the cows are raised on the farm from start to finish.
• Finished on pasture with free-choice grain.
• No added hormones or antibiotics.
• All 100% Black Angus.
