USDA Prime briskets are tucked in low and slow, spending more than 18 hours on the racks while hickory and mesquite do what they do best. They’re rubbed down with our house made Cowtown all purpose seasoning, plus a few secret touches we’d have to keep under lock and key because otherwise.... we'd have to take you to the train station! And in the ovens are another worldly version of baked beans with our signature apple pie baked beans.

We’re getting ready to host a private event this weekend and cannot wait to share the beauty of CC Farms with our guests. There will be smiles, our wine of course, signature cocktails, and a whole lot of memories made.

We’ll return to normal operations next weekend with a few special updates to welcome our friends and guests back with a big ol’ CC Farms style hug because y’all know we miss you dearly when we’re away. Cheers!

No work tomorrow? Feels like a great day to have a few... or more... mimosas! 🥂 Come on out and celebrate this beautiful (and slightly muddy - none of us Texans' can complain about the mud) day with us! We're serving up Brunch from 11AM-5PM today! 🍾

This week at the winery and Cafe Serene American Brasserie, the weather is giving us a little misty beach escape vibe… so we’re bringing a taste of the Gulf straight to Breckenridge.

Our Pasta Limone is pure destination dining. Tender sheets of pappardelle wrapped in a classic Italian lemon sauce, topped with garlic butter Gulf shrimp, fresh herbs, imported Parmesan, and finished with a toasted lemon wedge to gild the lily.

Bright. Coastal. Luxurious. Just the kind of dish that makes you feel like you snuck away somewhere fabulous. Pair it with any of our white wines for fully realized dining experience.

Something fresh is beginning to unfold at CC Farms and Cafe Serene American Brasserie this summer.

The chef has been quietly testing warm-weather favorites inspired by long patio evenings, chilled wines, bright seasonal flavors, and the kind of meals that make you want to linger just a little longer. A few early arrivals may begin appearing as features before our official Summer Collection debuts June 1.

We’re always keeping things fresh, creative, and thoughtfully curated to make every visit feel luxurious, relaxed, and unforgettable and all together different from the rest.

We're thrilled to be partnering with our neighbors at Canyon Road Barn & Grill to do one last harrah with them for the best fireworks show around for years running! We miss our neighbors something awful and will be looking forward to having a flash of the old days back when we had the best of times together! First of all, thank you to our community for being so gracious and affording us the time over the last couple weeks to close our doors and host two incredibly special weddings on the grounds at CC Farms. Memories were made, celebrations were had, and the land showed off in all the best ways imaginable. But truthfully… we’ve missed our Breckenridge and surrounding friendly faces something fierce.

So this weekend, we’re getting everyone back out on the patio with a special that perfectly balances elevated comfort food with the kind of meal that’s worth getting your fingers dirty for.

Introducing our LOADED WAFFLE FRIES.Golden crispy waffle fries piled high with melted cheese sauce, extra shredded cheese, fresh tomato, red onion, crispy bacon, chives, crispy buffalo chicken bites… whew… we’re running out of breath already… and finished with our house-made south of the border seasoning and a rich buttery buffalo sauce. And to tease you a little for our summer menu we’re putting a side of our green herb dip to dip everything in! Soooo good!

Pair it with our Mexican Cola Margarita and you’ve officially found the perfect patio pairing.

The weather is beautiful, the wine is cold, and we’re ready to welcome everyone back home to the farm. Y’all come see us, you hear? 🍷

We were so fortunate to be invited to do a private wine tasting at The Cliffs Resort on Possum Kingdom Lake yesterday! We met so many new friends and sent many of our bottles off to live in other wine cellars around the resort. They even made this sign for us as a welcome gift and it warmed our hearts for sure! Thankful for new friends and to our biggest fans cheering us on. ❤️

Wedding Bells are ringing! 💍💒

We are so excited to welcome an amazing couple and their entire wedding party from far far away to CC Farms and Breckenridge, TX!

We will be closed Friday May 8 and Saturday May 9 as this amazingly awesome couple says their I Do's and we celebrate with them! We will return to our regular hours on Sunday May 10 from 11AM-5PM, however this Sunday is by Reservation Only as we celebrate those awesome moms out there.

We return to normal days and hours starting next week. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Mother’s Day Brunch at the winery is officially FULLY BOOKED!

We are beyond excited to welcome everyone out to the farm for what is shaping up to be such a beautiful and joy-filled celebration. Thank you all so much for the overwhelming love and support, it truly means the world to our team.

For those we weren’t able to get seated this time around, please know how much we appreciate you as well, and we cannot wait to have you join us for the next special gathering at the winery. There will be many more beautiful moments to celebrate together.

CC Farms shared its beauty to so many this weekend attending a gorgeous wedding at the venue. Not a dry eye in the house because it was just that meaningful.
Our staff did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be more proud. We quickly reset after, for our Sunday brunch which is always a hit and a Breckenridge favorite. We were thrilled to serve amazing food and drinks and especially our reserve collection wines at the event and standard service. Now we’re feverishly setting up for our next special wedding this coming weekend. If you pass the marquis in town at the movie theater you’ll know what we have in store!
