Carb loading is a thing, right? Right. And frankly, we’re not interested in arguing with science. 🥞
This rainy weather is practically begging for a Butter Pecan Pancake, a Short Stack, the Chalet Stack… or a Hill Country Omelette if you’re pretending to be responsible. 🙄

Come cozy up by the fire, sip something lovely, peek out at the rain, and enjoy a slow, beautiful brunch in the w**ery barn. Outside may be gray and drizzly, but inside it’s warm, glowing, and just a little bit fabulous.
