Colorado "Taste and Talk" Bringing the Colorado wine, spirits, and food producers together Chef Rost co-hosted the event with Denver Examiner food writer Ellen Marchman-Larkey.

Each day of this week’s Paris Fashion Trip has been filled with extraordinary experiences. This morning, we met Jean Eudes Colby, designer and owner of Atelier Safrane Cortambert. We watched as skilled artists turned beautiful designs into exquisite hand embroidered and beaded works of art for haute couture gowns, shoes, and even a child’s bonnet. I am now the proud owner of one of Atelier Safrane’s exquisite shawls hand embroidered with delicate threads, beads, and sequins. Thank you for your warm hospitality . It was my honor and pleasure to meet you!

Cooking Demos are part of the Epicurean Expedition program on Atlas Ocean Voyages. I love them because the demos provide an up close & personal way for me connect with guests while sharing my passion for cooking and creating memorable gatherings for family & friends. September 23. Cooking in the World Traveller kitchen yesterday afternoon in preparation for last night’s Live Cooking event in the dining room. My dear friend and colleague Terry and I prepared Beef Kabobs with Teriyaki Ginger Sauce. Accolades poured in from both guests and staff. So much fun!
