Luxury isn't always about going out.

Sometimes, it's about bringing the extraordinary home.

Luxury is an experience, not a destination.

Where every detail is created to transform an evening at home into something memorable.

Multi course in home dining where the flavors of Puerto Rico shine with sustainably sourced Colorado ingredients.

because your mom wants to enjoy this!

One of the most striking dishes from the latest menu. All ready to be enjoyed in the warmer days here in the Alpine.

Silky noodles made from gelling a stock of smoked mushrooms from Fort Collins and activated charcoal, served with spring veggies in a Sofrito Soy jus and Chicken from the Front Range.

A Crowd favorite from Media Day last week, and photographed by the talented Colorado Wedding & Elopement Photography Duo Mal & Roo.

Spring has arrived, and with it comes a fresh, vibrant approach to everything I do. My new spring menu celebrates the season with lighter flavors, locally inspired ingredients, and dishes designed to feel both comforting and refreshing.

Im excited to share upcoming moments that bring people together around delicious food and memorable experiences. From intimate gatherings to lively seasonal celebrations, each event is thoughtfully curated to highlight the best of what spring has to offer.

My in-home dining experience brings a Michelin tiered restaurant to you. Whether you’re hosting a special event or simply want an elevated night in, Im able to create a customized menu and take care of every detail—so you can sit back, pour your w**e, relax and enjoy.

This season is all about connection, flavor, and enjoying the moment. However you choose to join me, Im ready to make it memorable.
