Traveling to Michigan from Colorado to find out that Holiday Inn Express miss represented a reservation as a "2 bedroom suite". Hotel would not accomodate our needs. Here is the complaint I put on IHG's website for the property located at:

Holiday Inn Express at 220 Wildcat Trail, Lincoln NE

Website should not say 2 bedroom suite.... this is false advertising. We arrived to find out there are not 2 bedrooms but in fact 2 beds in a single bedroom suite. I will be posting this on social media when I get to my home office. We also spoke to the 800 number and we wer told by your staff that this was in fact a 2 bedroom when it was not when we made the reservation. Don Reynolds, President Apex Mortgage Brokers and Linda Hertz (my sister).

We are Mortgage and Home Loan Experts and we offer Purchase, Refinance and Cash-out Refinance Loans.
