µGreens on the racks this afternoon, all at about day 08. More deliciousness heading to germination this weekend! Definitely some coriander and a couple of different peas, but perhaps some purslane, cress, and wasabi mustard as well.

Does anyone out there have a hankering for some buckwheat greens/microgreens? I have a five pound sack of seeds, but I don't want to take the time to grow without someone interested.
