Introducing the Swineapple!!

We have two beautiful pork tenderloins from D & M meats, just waiting to be made into something Wonderful!

This is a cored pineapple with a seasoned pork tenderloin in the center and then wrapped with bacon around the whole thing. Our culinary trained Chef Melissa, will make it for you! All you have to do is put it in the oven and take credit for a delicious new menu idea for your Holiday table. 

These will have to be pre-ordered, so let us know ASAP if you want one!!!

We now have available at the shop three pans of lasagna, creamy cheesy cheddar soup, beef and barley soup, and two containers of chicken and dumplings!

There is also 12 containers of cowboy Dave’s sweet chili available!

If y’all are hungry, Melissa is there creating more delicious food! Stop by today or tomorrow to pick up summer!

Come and see everybody this weekend for the open house as well, and enjoy samples of Pappys castles tea variety.

Dave and I have been busy and thanks to Val and Melissa, we have gotten a lot done! We have had a few special orders with some leftovers and they are now available to anyone who wants them!

We have two quarts of chicken and dumplins, one lasagna and two spaghetti sauce with meat!

So let me ask you?!? Is anyone hungry!?!😉

We are at the shop working on the pot pie fillings! In the front is the Cajun pot pie mix made with Andouille sausage and the back is Beef pot pie mix made from kabob meat, both from D&M Farms out of St Rose! If you’d like any, contact Megan Huelsmann and she will take your order. These are pre-order only and won’t be available at the shop. BUT, they will be at Vine Street market Winter Market this Saturday! Ask Megan for more details!

We will be here till 6pm if anyone needs a Cowboy Dave Sweet Chili fix!

I also have two 6x9 lasagnas ready to go. These will feed 4-6 individuals

I have SOLD OUT of the chicken noodle soup for the night. But preparing Potato Soup and Chicken & Dumplins for this Wednesday the 30th! I am taking preorders now!😉

I made two 6x9 pans of lasagna today if anyone wants a night off from cooking! It will serve 6-8 hungry appetites!

I will be back at the shop tomorrow, Friday, around noon! Give me a call and check availability for the lasagna or Cowboy Dave’s Sweet Chili! I’ll be available all weekend!
