2 am can't sleep. In 6 hours Shelby and I leave for our her last hog show ever. Yes, she did amazing this year and won a bunch of banners. She decided she wanted to go out on a good note. Her job was more important than showing. I am proud of that fact but I am also heart broken. I realize she is growing up and she has different priorities now but that was our thing. Being in the truck for hours talking and laughing on the way to the show, singing at the too of our lungs to our Hog Show Playlist. Spending the weekend together at a show dead tired eating crap for food and staying in a hotel. Working pigs in the yard making people driving down our road do a double take that yes there is a pig in my front yard. Telling her every time she went in to the ring to "drive it like you stole it!". I'm sad that this chapter of our lives is ending but looking forward to what's next for her and I. Sorry in advance if I over load fb with pictures today. Wish her luck today. Kick ass take names kid. I love you Shelby Buehne and am so proud of you.

We are currently working on county fair lists. When we have to be there, when weigh in is, when the shows are and when the pigs get released. We will be at Clinton County Fair (Carlye), Madison County Fair (Highland), Bond County Fair (Greenville) and Duquoin State Fair (Duquoin).

Thank you Grandma Hedger for the fans. We installed them in the trailer to keep everyone cool on these hot show days.
